Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for paid licenses of the Contentfish Obsidian plugin and related offerings sold through our authorized reseller (for example, Paddle). Prices and checkout are presented at purchase time.

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund if the software does not work as reasonably described, you cannot activate your license after following documented steps, or you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not materially benefited from the product (for example, extended commercial use contrary to good faith). Subscription renewals may be governed by the checkout provider's rules; contact us if you believe a renewal was charged in error.

3. How to request a refund

Email vadimakalin@gmail.com with the subject line Contentfish Refund Request and include your order or transaction reference (from your receipt or Paddle checkout), the email used at purchase, and a short description of the issue. If your order was processed by Paddle, you may also use Paddle's customer support flow linked from your receipt.

4. Processing

We will confirm receipt and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when technically possible, through the same payment processor that handled the transaction.
