1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Contentfish, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Service description

Contentfish provides a workflow for publishing content from your Obsidian notes to Instagram and Facebook via Meta Graph API, using a local backend (running on your machine or your hosting environment) and an Obsidian plugin.

3. Relationship with Meta

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta. Meta is responsible for its platform policies and publishing outcomes.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal rights to the content you publish (images and text).
• You must comply with Instagram/Facebook policies and Meta platform requirements.
• You are responsible for protecting your Meta access token and not sharing it with unauthorized parties.

5. Supported behavior and limits

The service publishes content subject to Meta API limits, availability, and permissions. We do not guarantee publishing success for every request.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vadim Kalinin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may also update or discontinue components without prior notice.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
